Atherton High School Juniors and Seniors Partner with Habitat for Humanity to Give Back to the Louisville Community
LOUISVILLE, KY – On March 15th, over 30 juniors and seniors from Atherton High School’s IB program joined Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville on its campus for a day of volunteer service.
LOUISVILLE, KY — Park Community Credit Union presented Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville with a 2016 Chevrolet truck at their recent Building Hope event. Rob Locke, Louisville Habitat CEO and Leslie Woods, Director of Construction, joined Jim Spradlin, CEO, and David Shadburne, Executive Vice President, both of Park Community Credit Union, to celebrate the truck donation and receive the keys.
Louisville, KY – On October 2, Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville hosted a press event with Mayor Greg Fischer to showcase the progress of the new Park Springs development. Habitat has joined with HPI to transform the once abandoned and rundown Lake Louisvilla sites into a new mixed-income subdivision in eastern Jefferson County.
